Standing Calf Raises (Calves)

  • Add as much weight as you can successfully complete 10 repetitions of.

  • Standing on the balls of your feet (heels hang off), press up to standing, squeezing the calves at the top.

  • Release slowly and bring your heels as low as you can at the bottom.
