Seated Hamstring Curls

Seated Hamstring Curls (Hamstrings)

  • Sitting upright, lock yourself into the machine just above the knees.

  • Press down on the bar using your lower calves, and push towards your glutes.

  • Hold for a second at the bottom and release slowly, with control.

  • Breathing out on the contraction and breathe in on the release.
