Hanging Knee Raises (Core)

  • Engage your lats and core, as your bring your knees up towards your chest/stomach.

  • Try to get your knees above your hips.

  • Release your legs down slowly to engage your lower abdominals.

  • To make it easier: Rest your forearms on the cushions of the Roam Chair and do the same thing.
