Step Ups (High)

High Step Up (Legs/Glutes)

  • Set up the box at your desired height (between the knee & hip)

  • The higher the step, the more glutes are involved.

  • Step close to the box, Lift one foot onto the box, lean into your knee and press up to standing.

  • Use the wall for stability if needed.
